Last week Facebook flew me out to Palo Alto for an on-site interview. For those of you who haven’t spoken with me about this, you may be wondering, “I thought you’re starting a business. Why were you looking for a job?” It came down to three things:

Focus on the general (instead of nitpicking the details)
